It has been confirmed that private equity business AURELIUS has agreed an acquisition of McKesson UK from the McKesson Corporation for £477M in what will be the largest transaction undertaken by AURELIUS since being established in 2005.

England is only country not to issue pandemic recognition payment to NHS workers

Government finally announces NHS pay award

The Independent Pay Review Body (IPRB) recommendation to increase Agenda for Change pay rates by 3% backdated to 1 April is accepted in full by the UK government. The increase applies to NHS employees in England and is likely to be replicated by the devolved administrations in Northern Ireland and Wales.
