The National Executive Committee (NEC) is the governing body of the PDA Union and its elections are run in strict accordance with legislation, including the appointment of an approved independent scrutineer.
As just one valid nomination was received by the independent scrutineer before the deadline, the position is uncontested, and therefore the nominee is elected without a ballot.

Charles Odiase, a consultant pharmacist in primary care specialising in diabetes, has been elected as the NEC member representing Region 4 – Southeast England and will serve until 31 March 2028.
Mark Pitt, PDA Union General Secretary said: “I congratulate Charles and welcome him onto the National Executive. I would also like to reiterate my thanks to Abimbola Musa who held this seat from 2023-25.”
