In a recent communication to pharmacists the company management claimed to be surprised by this action, so the union is reiterating how we reached this point while also giving an update on latest developments.

  Senior management at the McKesson group, the owners of LloydsPharmacy, have disputed the call from their pharmacists for an independent voice at work through a voluntary agreement of union recognition. Those pharmacists are now asking for help from colleagues across the profession.

This is especially important at this time because the company have announced plans to make job losses and changes to employment contracts.
