Through PDA Education, the PDA has been working to enhance the training and support offered to members. The PDA is pleased to now launch the first course that is available to all members.

Boots Pharmacists may be impacted by hours reduction

Some pharmacists and other staff at Boots are being notified this week of changes to opening hours at their place of work, with local briefings taking place. The PDA are supporting their members to deal with any potential impact on their employment.

PDA Reps Network in Lloyds hosts virtual member meetings

As the recognised trade union for pharmacists employed by Lloyds, the PDA Reps wanted members to have the opportunity to talk about issues important to them.

PDA calls on employers and pharmacist organisations to make “New Year Resolution” to support the profession’s charity

The PDA is encouraging pharmacy employers and pharmacists organisations to donate £1 per pharmacist employee or member to the Pharmacist Support charity and to collectively make a substantive difference to the charity's funding from 2022 onwards.

PDA Education Launches Member Learning Needs Survey

PDA Education provides free training to PDA members through its online Education Hub, online live events, courses and workshops and through in-person face-to-face training. In order to identify member needs and enhance the training and support offered to members, PDA Education has launched a Member Learning Needs Survey.
